In case you're not sure what a domain name is - A domain is your base website address. Our domain is yourarkansas.net. Yours can be whatever you desire as long as it's not already registered. We take the headaches and confusion out of domain name registration by registering the domain(s) you need on your behalf. Should you decide to move to a different provider in the future (doubt you'll want to), we'll even help transfer the domain to the new provider.

managed website hosting

Every website needs to be "hosted" to be a website the world can see. Hosting is server space in which your website files are stored. We can manage the hosting of your site whether it's a site we've built or not.

website coding

Once we've finished your design, or you provide a design someone else did for you, we will do what it takes to make the two-dimensional design a functioning page. We code in all different kinds of programming languages, but we won't bore you with the technical details.

With a content management system, you will be able to manage the text and image content as well as many other aspects of your site. We don't use off-the-shelf content management systems because they tend to be over-complicated and the licensing is sometimes a small fortune. How much does a website cost?

There are too many factors involved to give open pricing. No two websites are the same in terms of amount of work involved. We can provide you with a free no-obligation quote that will let you know exactly how much your specific project will cost. All pricing and charges are stated up front so there are never any hidden fees. You're never charged more than you expect.

Can I get a free website? I can send you more business

Believe it or not, this is the second-most common question asked. We've put many years into our training and several thousands of dollars into our educations to get where we are in this business. If your budget is severely slim, but you really need a website built, we can make adjustments to suit your budget or set up a payment plan to spread the cost out over time. We don't offer free services for the promise of potential future business. It's just impossible to work that way. If you want to send us business, we'll pay you for that.

I've been burned on a site before. How do I know that I can trust you to not burn me?

Sadly, this is the third-most asked question. This question should never have to be asked. We're absolutely amazed at the lack of professionalism in the contactor world. It's hard to convince someone who's been burned before. Trust, once broken, is tough to offer again, and we know that. We are here for you. Can we trade products or services for a website?

Short answer: Quite possibly! If you've got a product or service we need or want, we'll trade out equal value in a heartbeat! Let us know what you've got in mind!

Do you use website templates and if so, when?

We only use a template when it's requested to save time and money. We want you to have a custom site, but if your budget doesn't allow for a custom design, using a template is always an option that you have. Before purchasing a template, consult with us as we may already have an account with the template company and could save you money.

How long does it take?

Similar to pricing, it's very difficult to provide a blanket timeline for all websites from start to completion because all websites are unique. However, if you're in a time crunch and you need it fast, accommodations can be made to meet the deadline you set.
